Additional training
We believe that additional training is important in order to provide the highest level of care and support to our families. Taking additional courses is how we ensure that as lactation consultants we are equipped with in-depth knowledge of the latest best practices and how to manage the challenges that may arise during the feeding journey.
"We’re proud to have completed TOTS (Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty) Training. This training deepened our understanding of how tongue-, lip-, and buccal-ties can affect breastfeeding and overall feeding success. By integrating what we’ve learned into our lactation consultations, we’re able to look beyond just the latch, assessing how a baby’s oral function and movement impact feeding comfort and milk transfer. This helps us provide more thorough, individualized support for families navigating feeding challenges and ensure every baby has the best start possible."
"We completed the Flange Fitting for Clinical Practice Workshop with Babies in Common, an evidence-based training focused on helping parents find the most comfortable and effective pump fit. This hands-on education helps us better support families with pumping and bottle-feeding—improving comfort, milk flow, and overall feeding success."
"We completed the Guiding Bottle Breakthroughs™ course with Rachel O’Brien, focused on helping families navigate bottle feeding challenges. This evidence-based training taught us how to support babies in transitioning between breast and bottle, creating confident and sustainable feeding routines."
"We completed the Low Milk Supply Specialization Course for Healthcare Professionals with LactationHub; a focused, evidence‑based training that teaches how to interpret lab values, build custom care plans, and support families dealing with primary low milk supply."
"We completed the Pumping for Lactation Professionals training with New Little Life, an evidence‑based curriculum designed to deepen our expertise in helping pumping parents. This training covers breast pump science, flange sizing, and practical support strategies to optimize pumping comfort, output, and long‑term feeding success."

Some of Our Customers Love
""The Feeding Circle is the very best! I could not recommend them enough. Kama and Leigh Anne are so kind and encouraging. They made a special trip to the children’s hospital to help me find the perfect fit and pump for my exclusive pumping journey. As a first time mom with a baby in the CICU, pumping seemed impossible on top of it being painful. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and empowered. Without them, I would not have been able to provide milk to my baby for the past 5 months. I am so grateful for their help.""

"Leigh Anne and Kama are the best! Truly a breath of fresh air when you’re in the postpartum trenches. I’m so thrilled my baby is doing better, but I’ll miss Leigh Anne’s visits! She’s so knowledgeable, reassuring and supportive; my baby and I both loved her! I also cannot recommend a concierge model of service enough when you’ve recently had a baby. It’s SO helpful not having to leave the house."
"Angie"
"BEST SUPPORT EVER!! As a twin mom, I really needed a lactation specialist who understood that my journey was extremely difficult and was willing to work with me. Kama and Leigh-Anne were the perfect pair! It was so nice to get to work with both of them. They helped me learn how to feed my twins at the same time, but also didn’t judge when I decided it was easier to exclusively pump. They answered all my messages via text message super quickly! I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful they both are. I am still pumping at 7 months and it’s truly because of them. I’m so thankful for this gift that I’ve been able to give my twins."
