We understand that breast/chest/body feeding can look different for every family and we support your choice to feed your baby the way you choose. We are here to help you every step of the way, ensuring you feel confident and capable in nourishing your baby.

In Home Consultation Options

We offer in-home feeding consultations, ensuring that you receive expert guidance in the comfort of your own home—eliminating the need for travel and providing care in a familiar, relaxed environment. Additionally, we can provide a super bill for submission to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our office locations in Johns Creek or Gainesville to your home. Travel fees range from $25 to $50, with no charge for distances within a 15-mile radius of our office.


Initial consultation - $250

During your initial consultation, we will take a comprehensive history to understand your unique feeding situation and assess your current feeding technique. This session provides an opportunity to address any concerns or challenges you may be facing, such as latch issues, milk supply concerns, or pain during breastfeeding. Your Lactation Consultant will offer evidence-based information and practical, hands-on guidance to help resolve these challenges and optimize your breastfeeding experience. Together, we will develop a personalized care plan that is specifically tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and feeding goals, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout your breastfeeding journey. A follow-up visit may be recommended to monitor progress and provide continued support as needed.

Typically lasts 1-2 hours.

For TWINS the initial consultation is $350

Follow up consultation - $200

During a follow up consultation your Lactation Consultant will reassess the previous plan and make any adjustments in collaboration with you.  Any concerns will be addressed.

This appointment is for existing clients only.

Typically lasts 1 hour.

For TWINS the follow up consultation is $300

Prenatal Consultation $175

During a Prenatal Lactation Consultation we will gather a detailed medical history to identify any risk factors for feeding challenges and help you create a proactive plan to achieve your goals. Your Lactation Consultant will also  teach you how to hand express, discuss optimal flange/shield sizing, and provide assistance with choosing an appropriate pump suited to your needs. At your visit you will be provided with instructions for using your insurance benefits to purchase a pump.

Typical lasts 1 hour. Includes a postpartum check-in via phone within 1 week of birth.

Flange Fitting/Pumping Consultation - $200

Whether you're preparing to return to work, are an exclusive pumper, or pump occasionally, this consultation is tailored to meet your unique needs. We recommend a personalized flange fitting for everyone who is pumping for optimal milk production and comfort. During this session, your Lactation Consultant will assess your flange size/shape to ensure a proper fit, which is essential for effective and comfortable pumping. You will also receive expert advice on best pump settings, pumping schedules, milk storage, and strategies to maintain a steady milk supply while away from your baby. This consultation focuses solely on pumping, and your baby is not required to be present.

Typically lasts up 1-2 hours.

Text/Email Support - $30

As a valued existing client, you can access convenient, ongoing lactation support for 2 weeks after your appointment, providing personalized advice and guidance for any feeding concerns you may encounter throughout your breastfeeding journey. Our dedicated team is available during operating hours (9 AM - 5 PM) to assist with any questions or challenges you may have. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 6 hours of receiving your message. Please note, this service is not covered by insurance.

Verify Insurance Coverage For In Home Visits


We partner with The Lactation Network (TLN) and Wildflower Health to support our families who want to use their insurance benefits to cover the cost of visits. Please note that all TLN and Wildflower clients may be assessed a $25 to $50 travel fee for visits that are greater than 15 miles radius from our home base and this fee is not billable to insurance.
