About Us
Kama Palmer RN, IBCLC
Now, as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) I’m honored to support families in navigating the early days of feeding. I believe that every family deserves personalized, evidence-based care that honors their unique journey. My role is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and encouragement you need to feel confident and empowered in your feeding choices.
At home, I’m a wife and proud mom to three wonderful children, and I recently became a joyful grandmother to my first grandchild! When I’m not spending time with my family, you can find me enjoying the company of my chocolate lab, Romolo, and embracing all the joy that comes with this exciting new chapter in my life.

Hi I'm Leigh-Anne! From my years as a postpartum nurse to now serving as a lactation consultant, I’ve been moved again and again by the stories of women who left their births feeling unseen, unheard, or disempowered. What drew me in and what continues to inspire me, is the deep belief that every woman deserves to know her rights, understand her options, and feel confidently in charge of her care.
My time supporting new families in the postpartum period opened my eyes to the power of connection, education, and individualized support. And when I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I carried that same dedication into feeding because I know that how you begin parenthood matters. It isn’t just about feeding your baby: it’s about feeling supported, respected, and empowered.
I believe feeding and parenthood are deeply personal journeys, and my role is to walk beside you with evidence-based guidance, gentle encouragement, and respect for your choices.
Outside of my work, I cherish time spent with my family; I enjoy cooking, and can often be found curled up with a good book—usually with my two Great Danes, Louis and Willow, by my side.
