Lactation Consultation Services

Services We offer 

1.Telehealth Support: Connect with an IBCLC through a private, secure video session. All you need is a laptop, tablet, or mobile device with a high-speed internet connection.

We can help with:

  • General feeding concerns and questions
  • Latching and positioning
  • Nipple trauma, clogged ducts, engorgement
  • Milk supply concerns
  • Pumping, milk storage, and returning to work plan
  • Prenatal consults
  • Bottle refusal

Typically last 45 -60 minutes. 

 2. In Home Consultation (Initial):  During your initial consultation, we will take a comprehensive history to understand your unique feeding situation and assess your current feeding technique. This session provides an opportunity to address any concerns or challenges you may be facing, such as latch issues, milk supply concerns, or pain during breastfeeding. Your Lactation Consultant will offer evidence-based information and practical, hands-on guidance as needed to help resolve these challenges and optimize your breastfeeding experience. Together, we will develop a personalized care plan

3. In Home Consultation (Follow Up): 

Lactation Consultant will reassess the previous plan and make any adjustments in collaboration with you.  Any concerns will be addressed. This appointment is for existing clients only.

4. In Home Flange Fitting/Pumping Consultation:  

During this session, your Lactation Consultant will assess your flange size/shape to ensure a proper fit, which is essential for effective and comfortable pumping. You will also receive expert advice on best pump settings, pumping schedules, milk storage, and strategies to maintain a steady milk supply while away from your baby. This consultation focuses solely on pumping, and your baby is not required to be present.

Self pay prices:

Initial Virtual Consultation Fee $175 

Follow up Virtual Consultation Fee $150

In Home Initial Consultation: $250 

In Home Follow up Consultation: $200 

In Home Flange Fitting/Pumping Consultation: $200

Twins additional $50 per visit (excluding flange fit/pump)

Additional Fees 

Travel Fees: based on travel distance from our home base location to your home. 

No travel fee within a 15 mile radius of our home base location. Home base location is in Johns Creek and Gainesville.

15 miles or 25-30 mins: $45

25-35 miles or 35/40 minutes: $55 

35-45 miles or 45 minutes: $85 

In Home Concierge Fee $85

If your consult is covered by Cigna/Wildflower Health or The Lactation Network, and you prefer an in home visit, or your insurance ONLY covers in person services there will be an out-of-pocket fee of $85.
