In Home Consultation - Initial visit

Please note During your initial consultation, we will take a comprehensive history to understand your unique feeding situation and assess your current feeding technique. This session provides an opportunity to address any concerns or challenges you may be facing, such as latch issues, milk supply concerns, or pain during breastfeeding. Your Lactation Consultant will offer evidence-based information and practical, hands-on guidance as needed to help resolve these challenges and optimize your breastfeeding experience. Together, we will develop a personalized care plan that is specifically tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and feeding goals, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout your breastfeeding journey. A follow-up visit may be recommended to monitor progress and provide continued support as needed.

Typically lasts 90 minutes

Please Note Additional fees: 

Travel Fees: based on travel distance from our home base location to your home. 

No travel fee within a 10 mile radius of our home base location. Home base location is in Johns Creek.

15 miles or 25-30 mins: $65

25-35 miles or 35/40 minutes: $75 

In Home Concierge Fee $85

If your consult is covered by Wildflower Health or The Lactation Network, and you prefer an in home visit, or your insurance ONLY covers in person services there will be an out-of-pocket fee of $85.

In-home consultations are available only in the following areas:

Johns Creek/Duluth/Suwanee, Alpharetta, Milton/Cumming.
